Akaroa is the only place on the planet where you can see Hector's Dolphins in their natural environment.
This stunning cruise gets you up close to the dolphin, whilst watching the swimmers in the water with the playful Hector's dolphin's.
This cruise is most suited to those who have a friend or family member who is swimming and you are the photographer for the day!
Hector's dolphins are seen on approximately 90% of our trips.
We operate in an extinct volcanic crater offering spectacular scenery. You will be cruising inside the harbour for most of the trip, therefore the water is calmer.

Cruise Includes:
Light refreshments on board (ginger cookies & hot Chocolate), especially welcomed by the swimmers!!
All equipment such as wetsuits, snorkels and goggles are provided for the swimmers. Hot showers available back at the wharf.

Duration:
Tours last approximately 3 hours.
What to bring:
Swimmers should bring a swimsuit and a towel, and all tour participants should bring warm clothing (layers are a good idea), a small bag for all their gear, sunscreen and of course their camera!. We provide wetsuits!!!!
