Pretty good bikes for the price
We were generally happy with the bikes that we got. They both had shifting issues that caused them to jump between gears, which occasionally surprised us. Otherwise they were great, and the service was very friendly.

Great value
Bikes were in fine condition. Possibly only downside was lack of knowledge of staff. I expected them to be able to tell me more about specific rides around the place, but fortunately pretty much anywhere is good around Queenstown so still feel like I could make the most of it.
