Cruise sailed through Westhaven Marina to the Upper Harbour. Our skipper Andrew gave informatative and interesting commentary all the way to Riverhead, passing many points of interest on the shoreline. Dinner at The Landing, Riverhead was well organised for passengers, Service & Food was good ~ ample time given to enjoy the meal and glass of wine before sailing. MV Hogwash is historical vessel comfortably fitted out with cushioned seating in the cabin, nice bar attended by helpful crewman Peter. The open upperdeck is ideal location to view the magnificent sunset and also the full moon on this trip.Highly recommended for Aucklanders and visitors alike ~ to see the beautiful Upper Waitemata.

We were booked in for bowling at 3pm and turned up early to get ready. The bowling area itself was busy, a little dated and had plenty of space for seating or to stand. Unfortunately our lane kept jamming and when seeking service the guy was never at the counter or around. The service was poor as even when getting shoes was interrupted by phone calls and he dissappeared. Great fun family activity to fill in time but low service on this day!

This was awesome because we had a booking over the Christmas Period and I got an email that said they are closed but I already paid through Book Me so the owner said it is fine we still can come and bowl he will open he doors for us, when we got there he was friendly, helpful and resourceful. We had fun and completed our game - oh yeah the owner even opened the kitchen for us to have some nibbles and drinks - Now that's what I called a nice place for family and friends defiantly recommend this place to any body !!

Excellent cheap entertainment. Heaps of free parking. Great facilities for kids. Would have been nice to have a larger selection of balls. Shoes included and had no problems getting the right sizes even for our 3 year old. Would definitely go again.
