What a amazing afternoon we had, raining in queenstown and pretty miserable. We arrive to friendly staff who treated us as very special guests and were transported into a world we had never experienced before. Having the ice cocktails are a must (mocktails for the littles)this is a must see!

Below Zero Ice Bar
We were four mature people wanting to simply experience this product. We genuinely got our time wrong (yes, our fault) but the reception and explanation we got was nothing short of rude with a 'who cares' attitude. There was no-one else there when we arrived and while we were prepared to purchase drinks inside, we were not given the chance. "Pay up if you want entry" was pretty much the message. So we left, amazed that this business did not want our money or to provide us the chance to experience their product - and maybe promote it as a result. Obviously they do not need customers to survive! Very short sighted attitude to business and customer service. Gob smacked!

Fun for half hour
Great little place, ice sculptures, ice bar and ice everything. Music, lights and good atmosphere but limited drink options and people tend to go for fun experience for a short time and then leave rather than for the evening. Still great fun !

It is SO COLD in the Zero Ice Bar! The staff are lovely and you get warm jackets and gloves to wear. A 'cool' experience :-)

Fascinating for children.
We visited this attraction in April and my son who is a child with special needs really had a great time. The opportunity to fully explore all of the ice and spend as much time as we wished inside was a fun experience for him. The hands on experience means that children can enjoy this as well. The ice scultptures have softened and dulled after six months and we were told they are now due for renewal which should enhance the experience. With the discount voucher this was an interesting extra to add onto our trip to Queenstown. The manager also kindly posted back my jacket which I had left behind the counter. Thanks!

Awesome!
We enjoyed the bar. It's unbelivable exprience for us. But quite cold, we couldn't stay there more than 10 mins. It was shame.

Ice Bar
Below Zero Ice Bar provided one more experience in a town where there are so many things to choose from. Its not everyday that you can smash an ice glass or take pictures in an ice photo booth. Great place to share with friends, and bookme.com makes it so convenient.
