I had the fortune of going on this trip with a smaller group and got every opportunity to get up close and personal with the birds. Our guide was brilliant, would definitely recommend!

More than albatross
It was great. not 'only' albatross very close, but also dolfins and seals. very recomandable.

This was value for money! The staff at Encounter Kaikoura and our skipper went above and beyond. AND the albatross, petrels, terns etc were magnificent: I was moved to tears. We also had dusky dolphins and a blue shark join us ... what more could a person want! This reallt is a 'must-see'.

Albatross Encounter Cruise
Brill. Great views of albatrosses, petrels, shearwaters. Had picked up leaflet at Rutland Water Bird Fair some years ago so was on my agenda and lived up to expectations. Go for it you birdies!
