Well worth it
Had an awesome day on the river with our guide Gavin yesterday. We were taken out for a great trip even though there were only 2 of us in the boat. Best activity of the weekend and the combination of speed, Hamilton turns and local info and history meant we had a great time and learnt about the river too. Felt safe at all times but still got the buzz!

Best Jetboat ride!!
Had an amazing time on this ride, even though it was spitting a little bit it didn't matter! The hand rails warmed up our cold hands and the adrenaline kept us going! Such an amazing ride! Glad we went on it in Hanmer Springs rather than anywhere else especially as it's somewhere different :)

Great jet boat experience
Brilliant ride, the staff are great and know how to take the boat on a thrilling ride, and also knowledgeable about the area as well. A great time :)

AWESOME!!!!!
This is such a cool ride!! My relatives thought it was AWESOME!!!!! Told them they couldn't leave NZ until their blood was pumping so this was a great choice that did not disappoint.:-)

One word - Awesome!
We had an awesome time on the Hanmer Jet Boat on the Waiau river! It was a really great day and the skipper was excellent at getting up and close to the rocky faces of the river. He also provided great commentary on the history of the river. For my mother and best friend it was their first time on a jetboat and they thoroughly enjoyed it! Was well worth the trip up from Christchurch.

This was FANTASTIC and incredible value for money. Thanks bookme this is the first time I have used your site but will most definitely check you out more often. With a family of 6 it is always so expensive to do fun activities together and your deals made this all possible! Cheers and thanks again.... Anyone wanting an adrenalin filled awesome experience you have just got to do the Hanmer Springs - Jet Boat. The staff were great and very informative..Loved It :-)We have returned to Waiheke vowing to return and do it all again.

Good experience
Scenery along the river is nice, driver/guide was very friendly and funny. It is not as extreme as i thought but i did enjoyed it.
