Waitomo Adventures - Haggas Honking Holes
Are you up for Waitomo's most intense Action Adventure?
Haggas Honking Holes is fast paced and packed with excitement and adventure.
At times likened to being flushed down a hole on a rope, this caving expedition packs a lot into only four hours - you'll encounter abseils (often in waterfalls), rock climbs, unique limestone formations and get up close to glowworms while exploring this fantastic cave system.
Full equipment and training is provided so no prior experience is necessary to enjoy Haggas Honking Holes. Participants should however be fit and brave.
There's no swimming required but you're definitely going to get wet!
Hot showers provided before heading back to Waitomo.
Duration: Allow up to 4 hours, including at least 2 hours underground.
Price: $245 / $250 from October 1st 2012
Departures:
- 10am & 3pm in Summer (November - April)
- 10am & 2:30pm in Winter (May - October)
Requirements: Please bring swimwear, a towel and your sense of humour!
Minimum Age: 15 Years
Minimum 2 participants per trip. Singles waitlisted to confirm
Trip departs daily and bookings are essential.
