Che could not reach me so he went to the Te Arai parking lot and waited for an hour just so he could talk to me. I missed the man while he was at the beach, but was able to talk to him at his house. He was willing to reschedule me to a later time in the day without cost. Ben was the instructor and the guy was so chill and diligent in helping me in the group know the basics and what we need to improve on. Super awesome dude! This beach is pretty secluded, far enough from the city but not that bad of a drive. Definitely a good place to get your surf in if you're a beginner.
