    Good trip

We departed half hour later than schedule time as there is no one come to find us as we wait at Kiwi country main entrance and the exact bus location was actually at the back side carpark of the shop. But overall, this was a good trip as you can stop at few places on the way to milford sound that are more enjoyable than the cruise trip.

    Great deal

This tour was great! Did many stops for pictures and the guide was an excellent driver and gave a lot interesting information. Thumbs up!!! The boat tour was nice, too. It was a smaller boat and not crowded.

    Juicy Tour

Tour was great just a couple of things, Simon our driver drove far too fast very scarey in some places, following cars far too closely, very informative re the area, the juicy cruise was great apart from the skipper who needs to learn some customer services skills, ask him a simple question and u get a rude reply, would I go in another Juicy tour probably not.

    Not the same as description

In the marketing message, it says "Taking you from Te Anau to Milford Sound return in a smaller coach we have more time and flexibility to explore where others can't - capturing more of Fiordlands stunning natural beauty." But it was really a big bus. And we had to sit at the very back because we were the last one they picked up. The journey was dizzy, and we were just swingeing around. The journey in milford sound was great. However, the trip is not pleasant

We are sorry this did not suit you. We run two coach sizes depending on demand. One is a 19 seat coach and the other is a 33 seat coach. Neither is classified as a big coach. Big coaches are 49-55 seat coaches. Many stops are made for photos and short nature walks along the Milford Rd so getting in and out is part of the trip and breaks up the journey. Yes, there are sections of the road that are windy but the road is in a national park of steep mountains and deep valleys. This is what makes the trip so scenic and pleasurable(for most). We can't do anything about windy sections of the road. If the roads we straight they would more likely be locatedon a plain and less scenically appealing in comparison.
