We are sorry this did not suit you. We run two coach sizes depending on demand. One is a 19 seat coach and the other is a 33 seat coach. Neither is classified as a big coach. Big coaches are 49-55 seat coaches. Many stops are made for photos and short nature walks along the Milford Rd so getting in and out is part of the trip and breaks up the journey. Yes, there are sections of the road that are windy but the road is in a national park of steep mountains and deep valleys. This is what makes the trip so scenic and pleasurable(for most). We can't do anything about windy sections of the road. If the roads we straight they would more likely be locatedon a plain and less scenically appealing in comparison.
