A 4-hour ferry transfer on the Yasawa Flyer ferry (operated by Awesome Adventures) departs once a day from Port Denarau at 08:45 and arrives at the resort at approximately 11:30. The Yasawa Flyer departs the resort to arrive back at Port Denarau on the mainland once daily and arrives at 18:00. Check-in is required 30 minutes before departure.

Ferry transfer rates are as follows:
- Adults (16+ years old): FJD$200 per person, one-way
- Children (2-15 years): FJD$100 per person, one-way
- Infants (0-2 years old): Free of charge

Please note that there is a compulsory meal plan, which will be payable 40 days prior to arrival and is not included in the room rate. This is charged at an additional FJD $179 per adult per day, FJD $139 for children age 5–12 years inclusive and kids 4 years and under eat free.

Should details not be provided we are unable to confirm transfer bookings and the shuttle for you. You will be required to make your own way to/from the transfer connection.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
