All lounges at the property have lovely views of Fiordland National Park and Lake Te Anau. Free unlimited WiFi is available throughout the property, including in the bedrooms. Additional facilities at Te Anau Lakefront Backpackers include a movie room and indoor and outdoor kitchen facilities, including a BBQ. Laundry facilities and on-site storage are available. Please note that for group bookings of 8 or more rooms, a non refundable prepayment of 50% is required, and will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The remaining balance will be taken 15 days prior to arrival.

The property's reception opening hours are daily until 20:00 and 19:00 in winter.
