Airport Palms Motel features airport transfers available at Minimum Charges, free use of laundry facilities and free daily newspapers. All units include satellite TV, free high-speed unlimited WiFi and a kitchenette or full kitchen. All units are serviced daily. A continental breakfast can be delivered to your room for a minimal charge and various choices of restaurants are within a close proximity to Airport Palms Motel. A public bus service is available to the city and malls, with the bus stop just a 2-minute walk from the motel. A 'Park and fly' service is available for a fee (conditions apply).

There is a free transfer service to and from Christchurch Airport. Please contact the hotel on arrival at Christchurch Airport for the shuttle to take you to the motel. The shuttle service runs Monday to Friday 7:00-20:00 and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays 8:00-20:00 hours. The service is not available on 25 December.

When booking 4 or more rooms a 20 percent non-refundable deposit will be taken at time of booking being made, and the cancellation policy is 7 days prior to arrival or 1 further night’s accommodation will be charged in addition to the non-refundable deposit.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
