All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels only). Each air conditioned suite at the Sea Spray features a separate seating area. Some suites have panoramic views of the sea. Sea Spray is located 1 km from the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and the historic Treaty House. It is an 8-minute walk from restaurants and shops in Paihia.
