Please note that when booking 4 or more rooms, full payment is required at time of booking and no amendments or cancellations will be accepted.

Please note that the bedding configuration will remain as exact web listed type unless special request applied at time of reservation. If you require a change of bedding after arrival at the property, a fee of NZD 25 will apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
