Guests under the age of 24 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in.

You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation.

Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. If guests do not comply with these conditions, the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests over the New Year period, the following conditions apply to all bookings: Booking & Payment All New Year’s Eve reservations are strictly Non-Refundable, with full payment taken at the time of booking. The lead guest is responsible for the behaviour and compliance of all guests listed on the reservation. By making a reservation, all guests acknowledge and agree to these policies. Guest Requirements All guests in the booking must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Guests must act respectfully towards staff and other guests at all times. Behaviour & Conduct No parties of any kind are permitted in rooms or anywhere on the property. No visitors are allowed in rooms or on site during the stay. Quiet hours apply from 10:00pm to 7:30am. Any damage, excessive mess, or odour damage will incur additional charges. Smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside rooms. Designated outdoor grass areas may be used for smoking. Bond & Inspections A $500 damage bond is payable on arrival. The bond will be refunded after room inspection at check-out, provided the room is left tidy, odour-free, and free of damage. Parking One vehicle may be parked directly in front of each room. One additional vehicle may be permitted per booking (subject to availability and hotel approval). Failure to Comply Any breach of these policies may result in immediate eviction without refund and loss of bond. Deposit equivalent to 100% of the total booking value is required at the time of booking.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
