Studio Rooms Our Studio Rooms offer a comfortable and practical space. Please note that studios do not offer views. Each studio includes a compact kitchenette with a bar fridge, microwave, and tea/coffee facilities (no cooktop or oven). A Smart TV is provided, allowing guests to log into their own streaming accounts. Studios also include a heat pump for heating and air-conditioning, underfloor heating in the bathroom, and access to a communal washing machine and dryer within the complex. 2 & 3 Bedroom Apartments Our apartments are located across both ground and upper levels. Apartments are allocated based on availability at the time of booking, and specific floor levels cannot be guaranteed. Each apartment features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with full-length sliding doors opening onto a patio or balcony. Many apartments enjoy views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables, however views vary depending on allocation and may range from lake views to partial or glimpse views. Apartments include a fully equipped kitchen, in-apartment laundry facilities, and free parking within the complex. For comfort and convenience, each apartment also offers unlimited free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV in the living area, a TV in the master bedroom, a heat pump for heating and air-conditioning, additional bedroom heaters, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. Communal BBQ facilities are available throughout the complex.
