SUP in the peace and tranquility of the stunning Abel Tasman National Park!
The park has beautiful golden beaches and tidal estuaries that will take your breath away. Paddle boarding is the latest craze. It is fun and great for physical fitness, although you can take it easy if you wish.
Early in the morning the water is often mill pond calm, it is a quiet time to enjoy the vistas and some exercise.
Anyone can SUP. The owners mum is 73 years old, and she is often SUPing around the estuary. She finds this good for arthritis, balance and notes it is very relaxing.
When you go paddle boarding we recommend taking nothing with you, because things are easily lost, make sure you apply sunscreen and we do have wetsuits as an option. If this is your first time paddle boarding 1 hour is ideal we give you a quick lesion and in some cases that lesion can take up to 20 mins depending on your paddling ability’s and wind conditions. Please understand that paddle boarding in strong winds can be very difficult and dangerous and your instructor will assess your paddling ability’s before you depart and if you are not a strong paddler your instructor may recommend you stay close to shore or in just a small area. We take client safety very seriously here however on a paddleboard you can’t really take a flair or your cell phone with you, so you have no form of communication should you find yourself in serious trouble.

Really chill and nice guy, high quality equipment. Great teacher and definitely something I'll try do again. Thank you!
Great fun for whole family. Easy and relaxing
thanks Michel glad to hear you had a good day
Welcoming guide, gave us easy-to-understand instructions and directions. Had a fun time paddle boarding (and neither of us fell off!) on the cystral clear waters - timed perfectly with the tides, we saw some great marine life up close including some large stingrays. Definitely would recommend - nice morning activity and great value.
thanks Sarah glad to hear you had a good day
If we can do it anyone can. We are both retired and had a brilliant time

Glad I did it
I was given a clear introduction and the man (sorry I don’t know his name but he was lovely) made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The bay was beautiful and it’s an experience that I’m so glad I’ve now done.
