Our Dolphin Eco-tours provide a once in a lifetime opportunity to swim and view dolphins in their natural environment.
Get up close and personal to dusky and bottlenose dolphins and you may also have a chance to encounter the very rare Hector's dolphins.
We also visit New Zealand fur seals and spot a variety of seabirds like blue Penguins, Gannets and Shags on the water.
Our knowledgeable skipper and guide will provide you with an informed and interesting commentary on the wildlife encountered along with local history of the Marlborough Sounds.
There is plenty of time allowed for photography, an all important part of many people's experiences here in the stunning Marlborough Sounds.
Trip Duration: 2-4 hours depending on the location of the Dolphins. (Subject to min numbers).

Tolles Team
Es war ein toller Tag obwohl wir "nur" 2 Hektor Delfinen gesehen haben und nicht mit ihnen schwimmen durfen (da sie geschützt sind). Allerdings steht das Wohl der Tiere hier im Vordergrund und das ist auch gut so!!! Das Team war mit Freude und vollem Herzen bei der Arbeit. Top!!! Die Rückerstattung ging auch flott ( gab es da wir nicht mit Delfinen schwimmen konnten)

Knapp 40 Minuten im Wasser
Wir sind 20 min mit dem Boot rausgefahren, haben dann dusky dolphins gefunden. Zu 11. ging es dann ins Wasser und wir mussten sie mit singen anlocken. Sie kamen und sind um uns herum, unter uns und neben uns geschwommen. Als sie wieder verschwanden, sangen wir nochmal und sie kamen tatsächlich wieder. Anfassen darf man sie leider nicht, aber es ist eine schöne Erfahrung!

Perfektes Erlebnis
Wir haben die Tour Ende Oktober gemacht. Es war unglaublich. Wir sind zuerst ca eine Stunde durch den Fjord gefahren, bis wir Dusky Delfine entdeckten. Unsere Guidess versicherte sich, dass keine Babys in der Gruppe waren und dann durften wir reinspringen. Die Delfine waren die ganze Zeit um uns herum. Nach fünf Minuten ging es wieder raus. Kurz danach konnten wir an einer anderen Stelle nochmal rein. Wir waren ca zehn Minuten im Wasser und die ganze Zeit von ca 15 Delfinen umgeben. Wieder an Bord konnten wir uns aufwärmen. Wir entdeckten noch Hector Delfine und zwei kleine Pinguine.Die Crew ist super nett und sehr kompetent. An erster Stelle steht die Sicherheit der Tiere. Perfekt.

Einmaliges Erlebnis!
Das Gefühl eine Gruppe von 50 Delfinen direkt neben dem Boot schwimmen zu sehen ist unbeschreiblich! Allerdings waren die Tiere beim schwimmen nicht sehr spielfreudig, das war schade, aber es sind nunmal wilde Tiere die man nicht beeinflussen kann. Ich hätte jedoch gern noch mehr Schwimmversuche gehabt als 2-3, die nur je 5min gedauert haben.

Super Tour, viele tolle Eindrücke
Sehr schöne Bootstour und eine tolle Crew! Nach kurzer Einführung bekommt jeder seine Ausrüstung und los geht's. Wir haben unterwegs Robben, Pinguine, Hektor-Delfine und einige Wasservögel gesehen. Zum Schluss durften wir ins Wasser und konnten tatsächlich kurz mit den Delfinen schwimmen!
