Join us for an amazing eco friendly kayaking expedition through the forest fringed Astrolabe, deep within the heart of the Abel Tasman National Park.
With the highest concentration of beautiful and deserted golden sandy bays in the park, the Astrolabe offers a wealth of beauty just waiting to be discovered.
This full day guided tour will also take you to the highly acclaimed Adele Island Sanctuary - A haven for New Zealand Fur Seals and a vast array of protected native birds. Listen to the melodic calls of hundreds of birds, the sounds of which are entirely unique to this stunning island.
If weather conditions allow, we will also sail back to Marahau on the sea breeze.
What's more, this trip is 100% paddle power and leaves no carbon footprint, helping to keep this magical park the way nature intended it.
We invite you to discover this kayaking paradise which will give memories that will last you a lifetime...
Duration: 8.30am to 4.30pm (Check in at 8.15am)
Great full day of Kayaking. The guide was very informative, passionate and a little nuts which made for both an interesting and amusing day. The area is just stunning, the beach stops are beautiful and relaxing and a good opportunity to rest your sore bits and stretch. Vegetarian lunch was just perfect. Had a great day and a good sense of tiredness at the end of the day. Sailing back was also a good laugh.
An awesome day! fantastic guide and very well organised trip. Highly recommend this company to kayak with : thank you !!
Great guide! She made all the added value of the tour. Beautiful scenery, sea lions and good lunch Good organisation at all time of the day
