The Culinary Institute of America created the term “Plant-Forward” which refers to a trendy style of cooking that celebrates plant-based foods. At Nourish, vegetables have always taken the lead. We bring you FARMACY - a cooking class where plants are the main event. Recipes you will learn:
Umami Broth – we introduce a fifth taste dimension as a broth which is all “deliciousness.”
Get Cultured – You will learn to ferment vegetables and introduce some culture into your food through beneficial flora.
Donburi Bowl – An everyday comfort bowl in Japan.
