Join us on a small-group day tour for adults departing Auckland to experience the magical Hobbiton movie set where The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies were filmed.
Your experienced guide and driver will pick you up from central Auckland and provide a full commentary on the way to Hobbiton, stopping off along the way for those that wish to indulge in a second breakfast from a local cafe.
On arrival, you will have time to visit the shop and get a bite to eat before your guided tour.
A Hobbiton tour guide will take you around the movie set on a walking tour to see the 44 Hobbit holes, the Party Tree and the home of Bilbo Baggins. Take in the beautiful views of the village and the surrounding farmland finishing with a drink at the Green Dragon Inn.
Back into the air-conditioned vehicle, we drive to Hamilton for a stop at Good George Brewing where you will enjoy an informative brewery tour followed by a tasting of their amazing beers and a delicious pizza!
