Heading off from Auckland our first stop of the day is at Hobbiton movie set in Matamata otherwise known as "Middle Earth".
Here you will join a guided tour over the 12-acre movie set as seen in The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogies. You will visit hobbit holes, the Mill, Bag-End - home to Bilbo Baggins and finish off with a complimentary ale, cider or ginger beer at the famous Green Dragon Inn.
Once your tour has finished we will transport you to the golf club where you will enjoy a casual lunch (drinks not included) followed by an enjoyable 18 holes of golf.
Any non-golfers in the group will have a choice of alternative activities to participate in if they wish - any additional activities selected which have an entrance fee will be charged at 90% of the normal admission fee.
No need to worry about having a couple of drinks as we will transport you back to your accommodation at the end of the day.
We don't cancel due to low numbers - we guarantee departure for one full-priced customer or two discounted customers!
