Kathryn said... The activity itself was great. However, we only had an hour at winter wonderland and snow planet was so busy. Upon entry the receptionist gives you a wristband and writes your time on it. By the time we waited in the queues getting our gear in the right sizes and getting the kids ready a lot of time was wasted. Considering the amount of people at snow planet, there was definitely not enough staff in the gear room. Once we got on the snow we only had half an hour left. It took our kids About half an hour to get the hang on the snow and build confidence. They were really disappointed when it was time to go and said they got hardly anytime on the snow, which was true. I was glad we had vouchers to do this activity so didn’t waste any of our money. If we paid for it I would have been quite annoyed as snow planet is not cheap.
