  • Pick-up Location at the Mackenzie Helicopters Base Lake Tekapo located 7 KM west of Lake Tekapo village along the main highway.

Restrictions

Bad Weather Refunds

  • If your experience is cancelled by the operator (because of the bad weather, safety concerns, unscheduled maintenance etc) you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notes

  • Please Note: There is a minimum of 2 people for each flight. Booking will be confirmed by 2.00 pm the day prior to the scheduled departure date.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy:

    Flight details are subject to change or cancellation by the operator depending on weather conditions, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, or any other reason.

    At least 48 hours notification in advance for any reschedule of your flight/tour.

    Notification less than 24 hours prior to departure will receive No Refund.
