From CHRISTCHURCH to Akaroa - BUS Service (One Way)
Hi Brigit, We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with our service. We always strive to leave on time but due to other pickups, traffic and other passengers this isn't always achievable as you can imagine. We do try our best to always be punctual. As for the cheese factory, this is an advertised stop that has always been an enjoyed stop by many customers over the years. The stop is only a short stop where most will generally try some testers and possibly buy something if they want to but no one is in any way obliged. We are sorry that you did not enjoy this stop. Sehr informativ und unterhaltsam
Die Busfahrt von Christchurch war sehr angenehm. Der Bus war nicht ausgebucht, sodass die meisten Reisenden viel Platz hatten. Der Fahrer hat uns über die gesamte Dauer der Fahrt (90 min) viele interessante Fakten, Ereignisse und Anekdoten erzählt, was ich sehr spannend und unterhaltsam fand. Ich würde diese Art des Transports jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

der Bus bringt einen tatsächlich nach akaroa :D
Also mit 2 fotostops in little river und hilltop ist der bus in ca. 1/1,5h in akaroa. Der Busfahrer hinzus hatte sehr gute Laune der zurück nich so ... aber sie geben gut Auskunft wenn man fragen hat. Ich wurde am Hostel abgeholt aber bei der Rückfahrt musste ich vom Bus interchange zum Hostel mit allem Gepäck laufen ... das war nich so cool Und es kommt eben immer drauf an mit welche Leuten man im Bus sitzt :D

Gut
Ohne eigenes Auto etc. gibt es leider nur die zwei Busunternehmen um nach Akaroa zu kommen. Dank Bookme zum Glück etwas günstiger. Die Fahrt ist nett, die Landschaft wunderschön! Es werden ein paar Halts gemacht und viel erzählt. Ich persönlich finde es immer nett wenn ältere Kiwis von Gott und der Welt reden, aber manche nicht, die müssen dann auf Durchzug stellen ;)

Transferbus
Wir sind nicht ganz pünktlich weggefahren. Wir haben einen kurzen Stopp in einer Käse Fabrik gemacht. Das war unnötig. Man hatte nicht genügend Zeit um die Käserei anzuschauen. Es ging hier nur darum etwas zu kaufen.
