This fully guided two hour trek will take you through lush native bush, across rivers and up hills so that you can soak up the incredible views this region has to offer.

No riding experience is required as each rider is matched with a horse to suit their ability and all of our horses are friendly with good manners.

Awesome horse trek.
Myself, my husband and my daughters had an amazing 2 hour horse trek. The 2 guys who took us out were amazing with our 2 girls who were 5 and 9 years and hadn't ridden a horse before. It was the 2 of the best hours you can spend in New Zealand. Great instruction on how to ride. Incredibly safe. The guys were so patient with our girls and kept them entertained for the whole trip.

Great time had by all
This was our first experience of horse trekking. For the record, i am scared of horses but wanted to give my son and nephew the chance to try it. We had a great time and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. We would love to repeat it all again in winter with the snow around.

Great time.
Highly recommend, nice people, friendly horses. Beautiful views of Hanmer. Would do this again!
