Welcome to Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa.
Relaxing rock pools, soothing sulphur pools, cascading pools, and an array of water jets and bubbles - at a range of temperatures.
For the kids (and kids at heart!) we have four hydroslides, including New Zealand’s longest waterslide, Conical Thrill, activity pools and a lazy river.
We're excited to introduce the debut of Violet Vortex and Waiau Winder. These innovative slides have taken the place of our cherished older beige and green slides. Our latest slides feature cutting-edge LED lighting and projection technology, enhancing the thrill factor and crafting a unique adventure!
Entry price includes all outdoor pools and slides.
For those who wish for a taste of luxury - try the private pools, sauna, steam rooms, and the luxurious spa. It's all here in an atmosphere that cannot help but reset the balance in life…

Absolute Bliss
My afternoon here was amazing, the whole place is clean & tidy and very well set out. Its easy to move between the pools and waterside areas. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was also a wonderful place to meet other travellers, chat and swap stories of places you have been or get tips on where you should go next. Highly recommended to take the short detour from the main route.
