Welcome to Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools & Spa.
Relaxing rock pools, soothing sulphur pools, cascading pools, and an array of water jets and bubbles - at a range of temperatures.
For the kids (and kids at heart!) we have four hydroslides, including New Zealand’s longest waterslide, Conical Thrill, activity pools and a lazy river.
We're excited to introduce the debut of Violet Vortex and Waiau Winder. These innovative slides have taken the place of our cherished older beige and green slides. Our latest slides feature cutting-edge LED lighting and projection technology, enhancing the thrill factor and crafting a unique adventure!
Entry price includes all outdoor pools and slides.
For those who wish for a taste of luxury - try the private pools, sauna, steam rooms, and the luxurious spa. It's all here in an atmosphere that cannot help but reset the balance in life…

Winter Oasis
Great family day out. Slides kept the kids entertained. Lots of pools all different temperatures to suit your needs. Some pools protected with sun shades. Changing rooms clean and inviting. Loved the shampoo and conditioner pumps to tame the hair. Some pool attendants looked unapproachable.

Hanmer Springs
Hanmer springs is a wonderful place to be. Clean, practical, fun, relaxing , and the list could go on. The termal hot pools are fantastic. The staff is friendly. The saunas are great. The changing rooms are nice and clean. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Also Hanmer Springs water slises are super fun. Loved the place.
