Breathtaking

This was an amazing experience. The guide is very knowledgeable, the helicopter ride was stunning, and walking on the glaciers took my breath away.

Awesome experience tracking on Tasman glacier

An unforgettable experience. It was awesome to track on ice with more than 200 meter thickness. Temperature of 13 degree C was good for our group. We really enjoy thru out the entire 3 hours journey.

Awesome Experience

I really enjoyed the tasman glacier heli hike. We managed to get lucky with the weather and got to enjoy an ice cave! Our guide was also very friendly and knowledgeable. The time goes by quickly and I wish we had more time to explore more. The group was about 11 people so that takes up a lot of time too. Overall a great experience.

good view but terrible guide

The weather and customer service girls were lovely but the guide on the ice ruined everything. We are a team of four person, during the whole tour, the guide didn't give much interpretation. He just kept walking and walking, occasionally trim the step. I was wondering if he was too tired or mentally sick. But look, this was only his second tour of the day, how could he run out of his passion? I did agree he should prioritize safety as main responsibility but we pay not only for a safe trip, but also an informative lesson and fun experience. He told us he worked at Fox glacier 5 years ago. I have been there too and I never saw a guide so dumb... If you are not in the right mood to serve client, you should not do that and we all understand people can have hard period.
