Horse Riding in absolutly stunning scenery on a real Canterbury working foothill farm. Unique.
Fulfill your dreams of horse riding surrounded by some of the most incredible scenery the world has to offer, with photo opportunitys at every turn. With over 3000 sheep on the farm it is your opportunity to see New Zealand at its best.
What you need to bring:
Long trousers (Jeans ok) Suitable sturdy footwear (Sandshoes/running shoes ok ) Your camera
Equipment supplied: Dryasbone jackets (wet weather jackets) Safety helmets
Departure
Self Drive to Rubicon - Please allow 50 minutes from Christchurch Central to Rubicon Farm to arrive on time for your ride.
Important Information
Please include the following information on your booking form. Each riders level of riding experience. Approximate heights of each rider.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled trek time.

Grat for everyone
The 1hr ride was perfect for my two inexperienced and somewhat nervous children. I was impressed with the staff - customer rider ratio and the care taken. Will rebook when next in NZ.

1 hr Horse Trek -highly recommend
Chris and Leah were amazing. Really enjoyed the experience and it was great value. Will be booking a 2 hr visit next time. Highly recommend.

Horse Trek
My partner and I were inexperienced riders and had an absolute ball riding through Rubicon Valley. Chris is very ftiendly and patient which made the ride highly enjoyable. Definitely recommend!
