不再相信看不鲸，可以退费！
网站预定时，明明写得看不到鲸会退费所以才选了nook me 预定。飞行那天明明下雨而且是小到中雨，结果还起飞了，一是担心回程没有时间，二是认为飞行员经验丰富。但遗憾的是没有看到鲸，机长写了回程可以免费乘坐，但第二天写邮件给book me要求退费，回复收到的邮件是机长说:可以再免费乘坐，但不退费。这就像国内说:商实踢皮球一样，总之消费者已花了钱，已帮助协商，但乘运人不同意，就退不了。我曾经是旅游从业人员，也是第一次碰到这样的事，以后我不会推荐任何朋友或客人用book me,因为你们就是在”钓鱼”推销，但不诚信。我们是从北岛开车去的，回程船票是固定时间，怎么可能有时间再选择坐一次飞机？对book me 很失望。

中肯的分两段评论
中肯的说，三颗星都是给飞行员的。很熟练，感觉是那天上天第一个找到鲸鱼的飞机。盘旋技很好，照顾左右座成员，并且时间足够长，照相照够了！要是可以再低一点点就好了，宣传照感觉是在更低的位置照的。 服务人员有区别对待的嫌疑，我们那天只有两组人，一组3个年轻老外，一组我们一家。飞机并不是真正按照体重排列的，因为6个人都是标准体重。安排了最好的位置给他们，最差的两个位置给我们，其他三个随机。难免让我有这个联想。而且上飞机之前我有提出希望给父母中文翻译，也并没有得到解决。 总之，如果不是英文特别好的，建议就不要选这种比较local的club了

很棒的体验。
挺不错的，本来预定的是两点，但因为他们提前发现了鲸鱼，就一直联系我们，主动帮我调整时间 叫我们可以最大可能看到鲸鱼。驾驶员也是个很热情的妹子，讲解的也很清楚。总之体验很棒，下次再来还会参加。
