Pork Belly Slow - braised with roasted sesame & sautéed pak choy

Chef’s Soup Creation - Chef’s creative soup of the day with olive oil drizzled toasted artisan bread slice

Venison Tataki - With soy ginger dressing and micro greens

Agedashi Tofu - with bonito flakes

Traditional Caesar Salad - Cos lettuce, bacon, croutons, parmesan, anchovy with a poached egg
