A good evening
We ordered Ginger & Prawn Dumplings, Seasonal Market Fish and Pulled Confit Duck. The food was good and the portion sizes were alright. Everything tasted well-prepared and filling, except the Duck as I felt it was overcooked. The presentation has a good chance for improvement — adding some sauce drizzles or garnishing could really elevate the dishes and make them look more appealing. Overall, a good dining experience with room for improvement in presentation. Staff is caring.

Central City Dining
Once again the Thirsty Peacock came up trumps and delivered a very nice drink and dining experience in a quiet central city location with easy car parking nearby. The service was very good and friendly coupled with a fine selection of food and drinks. And of course the 50 per cent discount obtained through the Book Me website made this a visit not to be missed. Already looking forward to our next booking and thoroughly recommended.
