It was explained to us that the waves were going to be moderately choppy due to the weather, but we went ahead anyway. Staff made us feel safe and comfortable. In the middle of our swim, the waters started to get really choppy and almost everyone on the boat was motion sick. But the staff on board was really sincere and genuine in looking after us, making all of us were warm and as comfortable as possible while ensuring everyone got back to land safe. Hot showers back at the centre were a life-saver after the swim! Would definitely recommend Encounter to my friends. Thanks for the experience!
