fang said... My partner didn't want to do a farm tour when I booked, but this is nothing like the farm experience you do in rotorua. Our tour was more like a nature tour on the massive farm, our guide Bonnie was super energetic and friendly, she talked about the animals on the farm, plants, land, what the farm does and also showing us some farm produce etc. The views are stunning, Bonnie also talked about the town and bit of history of it. I would recommend doing this on the first day in tekapo, Bonnie was so helpful in suggesting things to do. One walk we took out of our schedule but Bonnie recommended it so we fit it back in, it was the best walk for our whole trip! The last part of the tour was fun, we got to hand feed the animals on the farm. I would do it again when I'm there next time.
