Milli Hobbs-Graham said... I was absolutely gutted by the unfriendly and unhelpful service we recieved at Caddy Shack. This was the first time I had ever been to Caddy Shack and sadly the friendly welcome was totally missing! The uninterested women working there didn't tell us what to do or how to do it, Nothing, absolutely nothing, she didn't even tell me where to get a ball from or how to fill out the form! And, to top it off, when I asked the women if she could please refill my water child's glass water bottle for me, she refused! She told me that they sell water if I'd like to buy a plastic bottle! She stated that it was a business and I needed to buy the water! I was shocked! I just went to the bathroom and refilled it and we left a soon as our game finished. I didn't stay to buy a coffee, I went somewhere with good service! What a shame Caddy Shack. Service is everything in this world and water for children or whom ever in fact, should always be available and free! We won't be going back. ?
