I am reviewing the booking site not the flight. The booking was really easy and straight forward on line. I was pleased to find I had an option of selecting a cheaper last minute deal that I could choose if I was flexible.
I liked being able to pay with means other than credit card - in my case internet banking.
I was disappointed to arrive at Omarama Glider flight to find they had no record of our booking and had over booked our times. They eventually found the booking but it was not immediately apparent to them like I expected it should have been.
However Omarama Glider flights made good the booking and ensured that they had more gliders available to cope with the extra demand.
A great experience and very easy thank you
