Our guides were friendly and knowledgeable. We saw plenty of seals both in the water and on land, and there were plenty of opportunities to take photos. Our trip was postponed a few times due to bad weather, but Levi kept us informed and discussed the best timings with us. He also offered a full refund if the weather prevented us going, which was reassuring. The kayak was a highlight of our visit to Kaikoura, our tweenagers loved it, and other members of our tour included much younger children so it really is suitable for everyone.
