The stuff was very polite and welcoming, except for one named “Fangfang” (one of the younger lady there. either that or she lies to me about her names). We were there from 530pm on the 22nd of may, Sunday. She first led us to the furthest corner of table and got upset when we asked her to sit at the tappanyaki table. During the dinning, she asked the people beside us for their needs every five minutes and ignored us for at least 20 minutes with our table full of empty plates and empty glasses. She started shouting at us when we politely asked her to take the finished meal away. I understand if she is over worked or has her own problem. However, this is not how you treat customers. she is a huge let down for the restaurant and the dining experience. I have never seen a waitress that unprofessional and arrogant. I would not recommend anyone to be served by her. Hope the manager could do something about this.
