I was booked for the 31st at 4, when i got there it was closed for the break but the owner forgot to block the dates out. After knocking a few times this beautiful lady answered as she just happened to be there, she invited me in and said they were closed. Due to the circumstance she said she was happy to accommodate me thank goodness. She proceeded to do cupping, acupuncture of which i wasn't booked in for and massage, and didn't charge me any more for her services. You are amazing and saved literally my holiday, have felt great ever since. You are my angel and i truly thank you. Now that's customer service and i highly recommend, thank you again
