Bikram Yoga - Characterised by postures and breathing exercises that are performed in a heated room which allows you to stretch more deeply, get further into the postures, and detoxify quickly and thoroughly. (
Yin Yoga - A slower more meditative style of yoga practiced in a warm room.
Hot Flow Yoga - A flowing style of power yoga practiced in a heated room (30 degrees) designed to build core strength and balance.
These classes are ideal for beginners and the more experienced alike. If you are sore, unfit, or out of shape, these classes will benefit you.
