Well equipped centre. We were taken out as a party of three. Great fun and wonderful scenery and wildlife with interesting guide.

Amazing experience

Fantastic guide on our tour! Had the best possible weather morning Company didn’t have a working toilet. We’re supposed to do the afternoon previous but we’re called early that day to reschedule due to bad weather. Very considerate and honoured our bookme voucher. Excellent value for the experience

Mindblowing!

We picked the perfect day for this tour. The weather was nice, and we saw many animals: the cute seals swimming around us and sunbathing on the rocks, the albatross and other birds (the guide kindly explained everything about them), penguins and at the end, when we were returning, we noticed a family of three orcas. Even the guide was excited - it's the first time he's seen them here from a kayak. It was an amazing experience.

Enjoyable but could have been better

We enjoyed our afternoon guided by Manu. It was very windy (almost windy enough that the experience would have been cancelled) which made it quite tiring, but also meant the albatrosses were flying which was really cool to see. However, the experience could have been made significantly better by: - Providing advice/guidance on paddling technique - Better advice on what to wear - when it's windy and there's spray, you need warm clothes with a waterproof layer on top, and ideally the same on your bottom half - telling people to wear shorts and "whatever" on top is not useful. - Kayaks in better condition. One of our double kayaks had pedals which slipped out of place, meaning we had to keep taking the spray skirt off to readjust them. Manu knew that this kayak had had this problem before and yet still got it out for us to use.
