The tour guides knowledge is great, and they were very friendly, but the amount of people made it nigh on impossible to see penguins, if there's going to be that many people on a tour, the guides need to be firm with rotation so others get to see what they're there for. There was no rotation last night and some people were almost glued to the rail so as to not care about other paying tourists. The amount of cameras meant that very few people were enjoying the experience, more than taking photos. One lady had three cameras!!!! Maybe a limit on the amount of cameras someone can take down, so they're not taking up space where people could be standing and watching.
