Everything about this tour was absolutely fantastic. Our guide, Thomas, was incredibly kind and welcoming, and he took the time to answer all of our questions in great detail.
The tour began with an introduction to the history of Speight’s, followed by a walk through the brewery where we were able to see both the old brewing equipment and the machines still in use today. The exhibits were very visually clear and easy to understand, and the scale and power of the machinery were truly impressive.
We also learned about the different types of hops and malts and how they vary, and it was especially interesting to be able to actually taste those differences during the final tasting session.
I’m extremely grateful to Thomas for providing such a wonderful tour. Thank you so much for an unforgettable experience!
