Trust us, Queenstown looks much different from up here. Enjoy the spectacular landscape of Lake Whakatipu and the surrounding mountains from our landing point on top of The Remarkables.
One of only two mountain ranges in the world to run directly North-South, and spectacular to boot, The Remarkables is aptly named. This excursion takes you over the winding Shotover and Kawarau rivers and up to this dramatic mountain range for our landing β and if youβre flying in winter we may even land in the snow!
Take in the beauty of Lake Whakatipu, Queenstown and the surrounding mountains (and definitely take some photographs) before we head back to base.

Taster Flight
Was a highlight to stand on the Remarkables , do it π€ The whole experience was to notch in terms of customer service , enviroment and helicopters . The pilot was proffesional, informative and fun We just had the short taster flight and will be back. Thanks all

Amazing crew and experience
The crew was welcoming and accommodating. Since their normal route had weather issues they took us on a different route instead of canceling. My boss are looking forward to this and loved every second.

Best way to see Queenstown
We took the Remarkables helicopter flight with Heliworks Queenstown and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The team were incredibly professional from start to finish and made us feel safe and well looked after the entire time. The flight itself was breathtaking, with stunning views, and the landing on the Remarkables was a real highlight β an unforgettable photo opportunity. Highly recommend Heliworks if youβre looking for a memorable and high-quality helicopter flight in Queenstown.

Heliworks helicopter is a must
