From the first meet & greet, Dom had everyone laughing while still being polite, respectful and professional. As the eldest by a few decades, he made sure I was comfortable without making me feel old, and I easily kept pace with the group. The tour was fun, exciting and well run. You do need good fitness, flexibility and to be okay being dunked underwater briefly. My cheeks hurt from smiling all day. Sore the next day, but absolutely worth it. The lunch voucher for Erik's fish & chips was a great bonus and made the day even better value.
