Audrey said... I booked two tickets for my partner's birthday. And on the tickets, the entry time is 5:30pm. We arrived at the entry at exactly 5:30pm, saw the "closed" notice on the table and the area barricaded. We talked to a person there who directed us to another lady at the counter behind all those barricades. The lady there said we should have arrived 5 minutes earlier, even though nowhere on the tickets did they say that, and even as she was saying that, the screen above her said the last entry time was 5:30pm which was the time we arrived. Not to mention we had to drive for 30 minutes to get there and pay for parking.
