2 hours of bliss!
Definitely a treat well worth to do in lovely Queenstown. Great facilities and the value of the package was unbeatable.

Spa was not abailable
Whilst the venue was beautifully designed and the stff welcoming the spa was actually not operational - very disappointing given this was the main reason we went.

Seperate sauna and steam room!
The sauna and steam rooms are separate for males and females. My partner and I booked, hoping to share a sauna together, and we were both disappointed to find out we couldn’t. The only shared space is the lap pool and hot tub. This should be made clearer on the booking site.

Package deal, no cap!
Nice & quite, so relaxing in the warm pool after coming in from viewing some spectacular snowy peaked mountain tops then into the spa, so good for the entire body, I could've slept in spa tub. Plenty clean fresh towels, & if you want to, in the shower rooms theres a sauna room & a steam room. Superb!
