This flight was incredible, we had as perfect day , no clouds nor wind, so a very smooth experience, up close to the soaring snow peaks and landing on the Tasman glacier was a highlight! Felt very s as fe in our pilots capable hands, and enjoyed this flight immensely.

This was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our New Zealand adventure. The views of Mount Cook and the surrounding area were simply stunning. Our pilot was incredibly informative and helped ease the nerves of his passengers. To land on the glacier and to spend some time simply taking in the extraordinary scale of it was special. I can’t recommend this trip highly enough to anyone lucky enough to visit the area.

It was a great experience. We had a lot of time taking picture with the helicopter BUT when we trying to take picture with the ski plane , the pilot rush us and say no time ( cos he arrived quite late that’s why we got a long time taking picture at the helicopter ) and he doesn’t even help passenger up the seats , a bit not so polite else the whole experiences should have been a whopping

Had our flight delayed one day due to weather. We then got the most perfect morning clear sky and hardly a breeze. Lucky to get a free upgrade to a 45min Tasman Glacier landing flight. Boy was this something to remember.

It’s really an enjoyable experience to join this Lord of Ring trip. Being picked up from our apartment, we started our journey. The young guide we had is very passionate in his job. He gave us an extra stop to see the beautiful Windwhistle. We are very lucky to have had a sunny day. Along the way, the view are stunning. Green grass with the snow mountain at the far back, surrounded by the shining river. The Sunday Mountain is certainly a highlight of the trip. This is the place that you cannot drive in by yourself. There，you just have a feeling as if you are in the movie. Highly recommend !

Such a great tour! Kris was a fantastic guide telling stories and sharing info the entire way. And the scenery and journey are simply beautiful. Highly recommend!

I had wanted to go on this tour since learning about it to save me the long drive to Mount Sunday and thanks to BookMe's offer we were able to go! The tour company did initially have an issue with the date we had booked but they were able to sort it out and run the tour as usual. Ross gave us lots of information and anecdotes on the long drive and showed some behind the scenes videos of the filming at Edoras. It really does look just like in the movie! They couldn't have found a more ideal location visually. We drove quite a way up the mountain before walking the last stretch to the top in 40kph winds. The views were incredible. Lunch afterwards was at a nearby lodge and the sandwiches were delicious!

I never watched Lord of the ring! I just loved to see the marvellous scenic views of the nature. I really loved the part when we climbed to the top of the hills. It gave me a sense of touching the nature. Unexpectedly it caught my breath when I saw the massive mountains though it was a bit gloomy. The view must be much more fantastic when it is sunny and in the winter! A bonus of the whole journey is owing to the perfect driver plus tour guide called Steve. He is so friendly and informative. He gave us the great commentary all along the journey! I felt so lucky to be guided by him! Thumbs up!

Great experience

This was an absolutely incredible experience the receptionist was very friendly and the pilot was very informative and friendly! The views were incredible, we got engaged on the glacier landing ? the pilot was so happy for us and took our pictures which turned out perfect! Well worth the money for this fantastic experience!

My partner & I had the most amazing experience on the scenic flight. The crew were extremely knowledgeable & made the whole trip extremely pleasurable, coupled with the fact they are local to the Glacier made a real difference on there genuine passion for the area. Highly recommend taking the trip it really is a wonderful memorable experience we will never forget.

I rescheduled my flight super easy via phone. Couldn't happen on the arranged day due bad weather. Got new one for the next morning. And it happened. Our pilot was great and gave us super background information. I had the front seat which was great. Was my first ever helicopter flight, but surely not the last one. Highly recommend the trip. The landing on the Glacier was unreal. Absolut perfect day.

This has to be the highlight of the past 15 months I’ve spent in this country. I couldn’t stop smiling! The staff are very professional and put your comfort above everything else. If they need to get another helicopter, they’ll do it, no question. It was my first time in a helicopter and first time over the twin glaciers. I had the best time! Thanks again!

We were a group of 6 people including our greate guide Anna. Weather was absolutely perfect, without any cloud in the sky. We flew up to the Tasman glacier then we were walking on ice with crampons about two hours and then helicopter picked us on a different spot and we flew back. Anna told us a lot of interesting facts about glaciers and mountains and we felt safe for the whole time. We had many opportunities to make unique photos. Walking wasn't very hard, so it was more relaxing trip. We certainly recommend this experience.
