Have been looking at going here for a while and with the $1 booking fee for 30% Off we had to try. Glad we did. We had the tantan ramen, beef rendang with the pancake, fried chicken bao with curly fries.
The good:
Full of flavour and good portion sizes. Beef curry was stand out and the scallions pancake to go with was a great touch. Good amount of chicken on fluffy bao.
Will go back to try other menu items. Think with the discount it was worth it.
Service was friendly.
The bad: nothing ‘bad’ but to be picky id have some fun seasoning on the chips. The ramen has a slight tang that was a bit much after a while but still tasty.
Also would be nice to see more places opting for kiwi owned drink companies and not supporting Coca-Cola for many reasons.
That’s me being picky though. So…go, take a group, enjoy the chilled atmosphere and leave happy
Will look forward to coming back .
